Before You Book Your Stay

We’re very pleased you are interested in renting our property. We want you to have a memorable experience, so this is a summary of important things to keep in mind.

Policies

• We rent to families with children over the age of 16.

• If you have pets, please contact us in advance; we will try to accommodate you. We charge an extra cleaning fee.

• We have internet but it is not guaranteed. Service can be spotty. It is highly unlikely that you will be able to stream movies or games on multiple devices.

• We cannot rent kayaks or canoes but can refer you to places nearby.

Getting Here

Teel Cove is about 25 minutes from Rockland. This is a very remote location. When you leave the paved road, you will travel ¾ of a mile over a dirt/gravel road over rock outcroppings through a beautiful pine forest. It is bumpy and can be muddy but when you arrive, it’s worth the trip!
