Your deposit reserves the booking. Maine's Summer rental season is very short, thus all fees for reservations are non-refundable. Reservations made before 01 April are subject to a non-refundable payment schedule.

50% of balance is due 8 weeks before check-in.                      Remaining balance is due 4 weeks before check-in.
